I have a tempo's industry bullseye swivel tilt dining armchair with caster. One of them wobbles and not sure if it needs new bushing or what, can you help?

Usually, when a caster chair wobbles there is either a broken weld, an issue with the wheel (broken wheel) or a broken bushing. Nine out of ten times its a bushing issue.
