All wood frames are made of solid, 100% European Beech for strength and durability and imported directly from Europe. Steel frames are made in the USA. Their items can be modified to meet your special needs. |

| RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY : All orders are customized and made-to-order. Therefore orders cannot be changed or cancelled without prior authorization from Regal Mfg. Co. No merchandise may be returned for any reason without prior authorization from the factory. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 30%. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and all freight costs. After receiving return approval from the factory, you must contact our Customer Service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). All merchandise MUST be in new condition and in its original packaging and in resalable condition (Do Not Discard Original Packaging). It must include all original tags and product documentation. REFUND will be issued (excluding inbound and outbound shipping costs) upon inspection of the returned merchandise in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Merchandise without an RMA number and/or without its original packaging and in resalable condition with be refused and returned to customer at their own expense. | ||||
