| RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY : All return merchandise is accepted within 15 business days and subject to a restocking fee of 20%. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and all freight costs. Prior to sending any merchandise back, you must first contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). All merchandise MUST be in new condition and in its original UNOPENED packaging and in resalable condition (Do Not Discard Original Packaging). It must include all original tags and product documentation. REFUND will be issued (excluding inbound and outbound shipping costs) upon inspection of the returned merchandise in its original UNOPENED packaging and in resalable condition. Merchandise without an RMA number and/or without its original packaging and in resalable condition with be refused and returned to customer at their own expense. | ||||||
